Paper Girls
Four young friends’ paper routes are disrupted on Hell Day 1988, when they unknowingly time travel to 2019. While searching for a way home, they clash with members of two time-jumping factions at war, and must come face-to-face with their adult selves and learn how to work together to save the world.
Based on the best-selling graphic novels by Brian K. Vaughan and Cliff Chiang, Paper Girls is a high-stakes personal journey depicted through the eyes of four girls, played by breakout leads Camryn Jones as Tiffany Quilkin, Riley Lai Nelet as Erin Tieng, Sofia Rosinsky as Mac Coyle, and Fina Strazza as KJ Brandman. Ali Wong also stars as the grown-up version of Erin, with Nate Corddry as Larry, and Adina Porter as Prioress.

“A great read from top to bottom… Vaughan's pacing allows for immediate investment, something Cliff Chiang and Matt Wilson further with their excellent art.”—IGN
“Paper Girls builds a captivating mystery with an all-star creative team.” —The Onion’s AV Club
“Vaughan’s spiky writing and Chiang’s vivid, dramatically skewed art make for a potent mix, particularly in the darkly comic dream sequences that punctuate the action. This is that rare period series that lets its references (Dukakis, MacGyver) slip seamlessly into the action.” —Publisher’s Weekly
“What I’d imagine you’d get if you mashed-up Monster Squad with an all-female cast, threw in some scifi elements, and set it against some sweet pink and yellow themed art. In other words: it’s pretty gosh darn amazing.” —Kirkus Reviews
“Paper Girls: the next great American comic book.” —Vox.com
